Nurses have a significant responsibility in helping

nurse is a crucial resource for recommending appropriate lessons that must be
considered in the training process to fulfill all the training needs of the
nurses in the three departments.

As an advocate for nurses in this healthcare training
program, my role is to ensure that all the training needs of individual nurses
are identified and covered. Every nurse has unique learning needs. Identifying
all the learning needs is essential for recommending a comprehensive program
that covers all nurses learning needs. The roles necessitate my input into
design decisions of the nurse training program. Besides, I will provide
important data concerning the training needs of the nurses to help impact the

healthcare program by ensuring that all nurses enrolled in the program fully
participate. The nurse leader also acts as a role model that encourages the
nurses to participate in the program and helps to address the challenges they
