For instance, following the outbreak of COVID-19, many leaders had to restructure their organizations in response to the travel restrictions implemented across regions. The effectiveness of the leaders could be assessed on their ability to oversee the firm overcoming the challenges and thriving post the COVID-19 era. Even though the initial leadership traits are earned from parents, siblings, teachers, coaches, and influential role models, education and training may alter these beliefs and values.
