Panel Project: 25% of the final grade
This project involves a mix of individual and group activities.The class is assigned the following case study:
As a senior executive of Lucky Seven Hospital, you are responsible for providing guidance and leadership to your employees. You hold monthly meetings for your high-level staff to address employee and other concerns. In your most recent staff meeting, you focused on trends that are alarming to you at the organizational level: a rising employee turnover rate and declining morale among staff. In your role you mustprovide strategic leadership to your staff members while also using your role to help reduce turnover and declining morale at an organizational level.
For the Panel Project, you have been broken up into panels (groups) of five individuals. Each student will assume the role of a key member of the management of the organization described in the case. You will decide the roles within the group.
